Wild caught or farmed seafood, meat, free-range eggs and dairy products are also variants of products of whole food. That is not that difficult to eat that way. A lot of various methods of food preparation and preserving make it available to have most of these products any time of the year and not only on growing season.

Cooking with whole food you will do it by your own hands instead of using mixes that was bought in the supermarket. It is better to buy a chicken in a local market and prepare it by yourself than buy chicken you saw in commercial, full of chemical additives, hormones or other additions that are not good for your health. Preparing coffee

To find a good combination of food and wine is not that difficult. At first, meal and wine are mostly similar on flavour. So, if a person can smell just four things: acidity, sweetness, bitterness and saltiness, and wines are not really salty, you should combine wines and meals basing on the similarity of their flavours. If you add something acid, like lemon or lemon juice, in the dish (that often happens with sea food), than you should probably search for a wine that has a little acidity in it. Among white wines with acid there are White Bordeaux, Sauvignon Blanc and lots of sparkling wines, among red – Sangiovese and Pinot Noir.
